Family's concern for missing Carn man 23.07.13

POLICE in Scotland are searching for a Carndonagh man who went missing in the Paisley area over a week ago.
Barry Doherty, 25 was last seen on Monday, July 15, in the Glenburn area of Paisley, southwest Glasgow. He was last seen that day wearing a blue t-shirt, navy or black coloured jeans and grey coloured canvas shoes.
Barry is described as 6ft 1" tall, of slim build with short brown hair and blue eyes.
His concerned family say it is unusual for him not to get in touch with them particularly on his birthday which was last Thursday.
Family and friends have been putting up flyers and posters in the Paisley area in recent days in a desperate bid to locate him. They have also set up a 'Find Barry Doherty' page on Facebook www.facebook.com/FindBarryDoherty
Paisley police officer, Inspector David Brown today said: "We are becoming increasingly concerned for his wellbeing.
"At this time, I would urge anyone with any information about Barry's whereabouts or if anyone has seen him in the last few days to contact us so that we know he is safe and well." Anyone with any information is asked to contact police on 0044-141-532-6180.
