CHILDREN in Tanzania
are closer to getting a new school thanks to funds
raised by people in Moville.
Taobh na Cille residents' group raised some €2,600
through a Golden Jubilee party held in the summer
for Sr M Finian Hegarty. About €255 of the total sum
was donated through collection boxes at the
residential unit.
Sr Finian recently presented a cheque to Apex
Housing Association architect, Siobhán Porter,
towards the Apex and Children in Crossfire project
in Miwaleni, Tanzania. |
