TWO Garda brothers from
Inishowen who took part in a gruelling cycle from
Dublin to Africa have helped raise more than €15,300
for depression sufferers. |

Gardas Johnny and Joe
Doherty joined Garda Ian Finlay, Garda Andy
Gillespie and their bank employee friend, Lorcan
Fields, for the epic journey to Morocco in north
Africa. Aware was the chosen charity for their 'From
Here to Tangiers' trip because of the prevalance of
depression in Irish society. Johnny and Joe are
natives of Chapel Glen, Clonmany. For previous
