AFTER the first round
of tickets for two Derry Clipper concerts were
snapped up in record time last weekend, music lovers
will have another chance to get theirs from this
Friday.
Top class acts The Undertones, The Saw Doctors,
Paddy Nash and the Happy Enchiladas, Paul Casey,
Eoghan Quigg, and many, more will play over two
nights at the new Ebrington Parade Ground.
The concerts will take place on Thursday, July 5,
and Friday, July 6. An impressive fireworks display
will also take place on the second night at 10.30pm.
Tickets for the events will be made available daily
throughout the first week of the Clipper Homecoming
Festival, from Friday, June to 29 Thursday, July 5.
Each day a batch of tickets will be available at a
special Derry City Council information point located
on the Quay opposite Quay West restaurant. They are
restricted to two per person for each of the evening
events (a total of four tickets per person).
While under 16’s are permitted to attend the event
in the company of an adult, tickets are only
available to adults over the age of 16, and ID may
be required as proof of age. Parents are urged to
accompany children hoping to pick up tickets to
avoid disappointment. |
