Nadine nabs reel-y nice Lord of the Dance role 29.05.14

SUPER-hoofer Michael Flatley has given Derry pop starlet Nadine Coyle a reel-y nice job playing an Irish goddess in his new dance extravaganza.
The unique collaboration will see the Girls Aloud singer and new mum return to her Irish roots when she takes on the singing role of The Goddess Erin in Flatley's ‘Lord of the Dance: Dangerous Games’.
Fans will get a sneak preview of their upcoming collaboration in a UTV television special celebrating Flatley's life and work this Sunday.
'Michael Flatley: A Night to Remember' will be presented by Christine Bleakley and will include contributions from the dancer’s showbiz pals including Bruce Forsyth.
It follows the Irish-American's meteoric rise to fame and charts his life from humble beginnings in Chicago, US., to his spectacular breakthrough with Riverdance at Eurovision in April 1994.
Viewers will get to see Flatley’s legendary footwork, which earned him a place in the Guinness Book of Records after he performed a breathtaking 35 taps a second.

Sunday's show will see the Cork-based star (55) take to the stage with his 30-strong troupe of dancers and musicians including his wife, Niamh.
Nadine (28) will perform the title track from the new production.
Michael Flatley described his two-decade career as "an extraordinary journey" and his troupe "a hugely talented group of young people and the stars of the future".
Meanwhile, Derry-born Nadine added: "It is a real honour to be working alongside Michael and his amazing troupe of dancers in the new production." She said the title song "perfectly captures the energy and drama of the show". ‘Michael Flatley: A Night to Remember’ is on UTV on Sunday, June 1, at 8pm.
