The club posted the
following report on his crunch medal-winning
performance.
"Super Oliver sinks 40ft eagle putt on the last hole
to win the silver medal by one shot at the Special
Olympic World Games in Los Angeles.
"Oliver who went into the games nursing a disc
problem in his lower back, had his worst nightmare
come to haunt him today at the 11th hole when his
back problem returned with a vengeance.
"Struggling through the remaining holes Oliver found
himself standing on the 18th tee in the bronze medal
position one shot behind Swedish golfer Alexander
