Strictly spray tans and sequins

DANIEL O'Donnell has
struck up an unlikely 'bromance' with pop singer
Peter Andre and Olympic sprinter Iwan Thomas as
rehearsals for Strictly Come Dancing get underway.
The trio struck a balletic pose after being teamed
together for men's training ahead of the BBC One
celebrity dance competition which hits television
screens next month.
Daniel's wife Majella tweeted a fun photo of the
three stars and revealed that her fleet-footed
husband is having a great time so far.
"Daniel with his new pals Peter Andre and Iwan
Runner at rehearsals for Strictly. He's enjoying
every minute of it!" she said. |

Daniel (53) revealed
that he is bracing himself for spray tans and plenty
of sequins.
“I have never had a spray tan. Will I have to have
spray tans? I suppose I'll try anything once," he
joked.
“I've worn a few jackets with sequins on them
through the years. In moderation I'm game.”
The 12 other celebrities who will vie for
glitterball glory are: Jeremy Vine, Ainsley Harriott,
Kellie Bright, Georgia May Foote, Katie Derham,
Carol Kirkwood, Anthony Ogogo, Jay McGuiness, Anita
Rani, Jamelia and Helen George and Kirsty Gallacher.
The launch show airs on BBC One on September 5 at
7.15pm with live competitive action kicking off
three weeks later. |
