INISHOWEN passengers
planning to use City of Derry Airport could still
see some disruption over the coming days.
While restrictions on British and Irish airspace was
lifted at 10pm on Tuesday, it may still take some
time for airlines to position aircraft for normal
operations.
City of Derry Airport expects a phased
reintroduction of scheduled services over the next
few days. |
Meanwhile, Ryanair has
advised that flights between Ireland and Britain
will be cancelled until 5am on Friday, April 23.
This is to allow for extra flights from Ireland to
Continental Europe and from Britain to Continental
Europe today.

yesterday but it was
hoped evening services would resume as normal.
"Passengers are reminded that the situation remains
subject to change at short notice therefore they
should check regularly on their airline's website
for the most accurate information. Rebooking and
refunds can also be arranged through the websites,"
according to City of Derry Airport. Airlines are
advising passengers not to go to the airport if
their flights have been cancelled. |
