A PUBLIC information
day will take place next week in Malin Town to
advise people on the supports and facilities
available for various sections of the community.
The Activity Fair and Public Information Day will be
held in the Kathleen and Michael Connolly Foundation
- a sheltered accommodation and day care centre at
the edge of the village.
Facilitators will be available on the day to discuss
and demonstrate a variety of activities and
treatments. Community, voluntary and statutory
organisations such as Citizens Information, Action
Inishowen, Inishowen Development Partnership,
Deaf-Hear, Irish Wheelchair Association, Rural
Transport Inishowen and the Donegal Sports
Partnership will also be in attendance. The fair
will be held on Monday, January 12 from 3pm to 8pm.
Admission is free and refreshments will be served.
