Top publisher to visit Donegal

INISHOWEN business
women are being invited to learn from one of
Ireland's top female publishers when she addresses
the 10th anniversary celebrations of the Donegal
Women in Business Network. Norah Casey, the woman
behind magazines such as Woman’s Way, Irish Tatler,
and Food & Wine will be keynote speaker at a lunch
in Letterkenny on Monday, March 23. All business
women in Inishowen are invited to attend. |

Originally from Dublin,
Norah qualified as a nurse in Scotland before going
on to study journalism in London. She joined RCN
Publishing and became CEO of the company before she
was 30. She won the Veuve Cliquot Business Woman of
the Year award in 2007 and was PPAI Publisher of the
Year in 2006 and 2007. She will describe some of the
challenges |
she has faced and will
provide guidelines on how to manage a business in
the current economic climate.
“This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from one
of Ireland’s leading business-women," said Donegal
Women in Business Network president Joan Heaney.
“The lunch provides a chance to hear from someone
who has competed at the top level with a world-known
