CARNDONAGH District
Court is to close at the end of April for a major
facelift. |

Judge Desmond Zaidan
yesterday informed the court that all sittings of
Carn court from May onwards would be heard in
Buncrana District Court until the works were
completed.
Carn District Court has long been a source of
frustration for the people who use it regularly. It
is often very cold in winter and too hot during the
summer sittings. |
It has only one public
toilet with no handbasin.
It's also notorious for its poor acoustics and it is
understood the modernisation works will include a
new PA system. |
