New business directory for
Inishowen

INISHOWENnews.com is
celebrating the launch of the first printed edition
of our online business directory. The Business
Directory is currently being delivered by An Post to
17,000 homes and businesses throughout the
peninsula. Manager Brendan Deehan said the aim of
the new printed version was to produce a handy and
easy-to-use local directory for Inishowen. The
16-page booklet contains the details of the local
shops, hairdressers, restaurants, hotels, builders,
driving instructors etc., who are currently listed
in the InishowenNews.com online directory. |
"We wanted to
give something back to the hundreds of businesses
who have joined The Business Directory online and
have supported us since we started in March 2007.
Companies who have taken a full listing with us
online have now been added free of charge to the
printed version," said Brendan.
InishowenNews.com is going from strength-to-strength
with over 15,500 regular visitors every month. In
October alone, the website recorded a whopping
562,087 hits. |

Brendan is already
compiling the next edition of the printed directory,
due out in 2009. "We have achieved prime positioning
for 'Inishowen' searches on Google and the printed
directory compliments this perfectly. "We're
delighted to now offer local businesses a presence
both online and in print and we look forward to The
Business Directory getting even bigger and better." |
