Buncrana Mayor puts on the ritz

BUNCRANA is gearing up
for its next big tux-and-taffeta extravaganza with
the eagerly-awaited annual Mayor's Ball. |

Town Mayor, Cllr. Paul
Bradley and his colleagues on the local Council are
organising the top charity fundraiser to be held on
Saturday, April 19, 2008, in the Inishowen Gateway
Hotel. As always, it promises to be a great night of
entertainment with a champagne reception to get
things fizzing, followed by a scrumptious gala
dinner. Revellers will dance the night away to the
sounds of the great Johnny Quigley All Stars Band. |
All proceeds from the
night will go to worthy local charities to help
children with special needs as well as the Foyle and
Donegal Hospices. "To add to the fun there will be
an auction on the night with some interesting
goodies on offer," said the Mayor.
A limited number of tables are available for the
Ball so don't be disappointed and book early.
