Superintendent Coen,
who came to the Buncrana district from Cavan in
March 2007, will move to Ballyshannon. The Galway
native previously served as an inspector in the
south Donegal town.
His replacement comes to Buncrana by way of
Roscommon. Previously based in Boyle, Mr Glynn was
recently promoted from inspector to acting
superintendent in Roscommon Town. Buncrana is his
first posting as superintendent, and he is expected
to take up his position by the weekend.
