Cuidiu Breastfeeding Support Group is a new group for breastfeeding mothers, expectant mothers and partners.
The group will meet on Mondays from 11am - 12 noon in Buncrana Library. A fully trained voluntary Breastfeeding Counsellor will be available for support and information. Bring a cuppa and have some craic. Everyone very welcome! Contact Eilis on 087 7460249.

Men’s Coffee Night: Open to all men who want to talk to other men about any issues affecting their lives - Lily Rose, Main Street, Buncrana on Thursdays at 7pm.

Tea & Toast is a positive mental health group set up to help mums. That's mums to be, new mums, experienced mums or gran mums. We meet in Cockhill Youth club once a month for a moan, groan, cuppa and goodie whilst listening to speakers share their knowledge and wisdom. It's on Wednesday evening from 7:30 - 9:30pm and no kids. It's a great way to meet new people, understand motherhood is tough but we are all in it together.

Free Multimedia Course in Buncrana:
The Donegal ETB course is 100% free and for those in receipt of a Social Welfare Payment may be entitled to a Training Allowance also.
This is a great opportunity for those who are interested in gaining an IT (Information technology) qualification. Learners can chose themselves what modules they are interested in, with most people starting off with ECDL. The learner can stop there if they wish to or they may decide to continue learning to gain additional qualifications to assist them in obtaining employment and or entry into some of our Further Education Training Programs such as Software Developer or Automated Software Tester course which runs in conjunction with Pramerica.
