Inishowen sizzles in 25 °C heat 04.05.07

Inishowen was drenched in glorious sunshine yesterday with temperatures topping a scorching 25 °C.

According to forecasters, it will be warm inland although a little cooler along the coast. Maximum temperatures today will
be around 20 °C.
Meanwhile, Bank Holidaymakers can expect another lovely day on Saturday albeit with a little more cloud.

Meanwhile, a survey released yesterday shows that the early onset of Summer has resulted in soaring sales of flowers, containers and hanging baskets.
It also reveals that people are planning to spend some of their SSIA savings on improving the look and layout of their gardens.
